ESCRS Mission Zero
ESCRS is committed to improve the sustainability of all its activities as a society. Improving the footprint of its congress is a priority, and ESCRS is working with their partners to organize a socially and environmentally responsible congress. Their vision is that, by 2023, ESCRS will have a congress with zero waste to landfills, zero net carbon emissions, and will be a role model for social responsibility. Milan 2022 made some amazing steps, and the first results show that the congress will be very close to net-zero.
